Terri has been sewing since she was six years old, and thrifting for nearly as long. Free Yourself Upcycles is what happens when those two lifelong passions finally come together: old denim, vintage prints, kimono panels and cast-off linens taken apart and reimagined into pieces that feel brand new, because to you, they are.

She studied fashion design in her twenties, but life had other plans and the dream sat on the shelf. Now she's finally chasing it, later in life and every piece on the rack is proof it was worth the wait.

Everything is cut, sewn and embellished by hand in the Okanagan, then carried to markets around the valley. The mission is simple: sustainable style that celebrates every body, with no two pieces ever the same.
